Single Site License Agreement

A Single Site License grants you the right to install, activate, and use this theme on one (1) live production website at any given time.

• Staging & Development: You are allowed to use your license key on local development environments (like LocalWP) or temporary staging sites (e.g., staging.yourdomain.com) for testing purposes. These do not count against your single live site limit.
• License Transfer: If you are a freelancer building a website for a client, you may transfer the license key to your client upon project completion. However, you must remove the theme and license key from your own possession unless you purchase an additional license.
• Key Validation: Your unique license key must be activated in the WordPress dashboard of your live site to unlock automatic updates, security patches, and premium technical support.

Multi-Site License Agreement

This license grants you the right to install, activate, and use this theme on a limited number of live production websites, as specified by the plan selected during checkout.

• Staging & Development: You are allowed to use your license key on local development environments (like LocalWP) or temporary staging sites (e.g., ://yourdomain.com) for testing purposes. These staging environments do not count toward your live site limit.
• Slot Allocation: You can freely distribute your activations across your own websites or client projects up to your plan's maximum limit. You can manage, deactivate, and reassign your active site slots anytime through your shop account dashboard.
• Key Validation: Your unique license key must be activated in the WordPress dashboard of each live site to unlock automatic updates, security patches, and premium technical support for that specific domain.

Annual Subscription Terms

Your purchase includes a one-year subscription for product updates and premium customer support.

• Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew each year at the current standard price unless cancelled. You can easily turn off auto-renewal at any time directly from your account dashboard.
• If You Cancel: The theme code will remain fully functional on your website forever. However, you will immediately lose access to automatic dashboard updates, critical security patches, new feature releases, and technical support.
• Why Updates Matter: WordPress frequently releases major updates. We highly recommend keeping your subscription active to ensure your theme remains secure and fully compatible with the latest versions of WordPress and PHP.

Premium Technical Support Extension

This support extension grants you direct, prioritized access to our customer helpdesk for specialized assistance with your theme for a time period specifed by plan selected.

• Expert Assistance: Get direct help from our development team for resolving theme-specific errors.
• Response Time: Active support extension holders receive priority support status with initial response time within 24 business hours in most cases.
• Scope of Service: Support covers answering questions about how to use the item, answering technical questions, help with fixing theme bugs. Support does not include extensive custom coding and theme customization, website migration services, troubleshoting hosting conflict and issues, or third-party plugin development.
• Subscription Term: Technical support access is valid for the duration of your active billing period. Once cancelled or expired, helpdesk access is automatically suspended until a renewal is processed.

Product Licensing & Usage Rights (Split-License)

Our WordPress themes are sold under a Split-License model, which divides the technical code from our unique design assets.

Please note that if a specific theme in our store is 100% GPL, it will be explicitly stated in that theme's product description.

• The GPL Component: All PHP code and integrated HTML elements are 100% compliant with the GNU General Public License (GPL v2 or later). You have the legal right to use, modify, and redistribute this portion of the code as permitted by the GPL.
• The Proprietary Component: All custom CSS styling, visual design elements and custom JavaScript functionality (excluding third party CSS and JS libraries) are not covered by the GPL. These elements are protected under our proprietary license. They are licensed for use exclusively on the number of domains permitted by your purchase and may not be redistributed, resold, or repackaged without our explicit written consent.
• Third party assets used with themes have their license text usually in header of file (CSS, JS) or they are listed in theme description or documentation as third party assets.

Secure Checkout & Order Processing

Our online store securely processes all orders, subscriptions, and digital product deliveries through our trusted partner, Freemius.

• Subscription Billing: If you purchase a theme subscription or support plan, renewals are securely managed by Freemius. You can easily update your card details, view invoices, or cancel auto-renewal at any time through your customer dashboard.
• Data Privacy: By purchasing our themes, you agree to Freemius's core privacy policy regarding the creation of your customer account and the secure delivery of automatic software updates to your WordPress dashboard.
